When will the surcharge take effect? |

The Emergency Situation Surcharge will be effective as of 1 April 2020 until further notice. |

In what instances will the surcharge apply? |
|
The Emergency Situation Surcharge will be applicable to all US Parcels ordered as of 1 April 2020. |
|
It is not applicable for European road transport and for parcels from the European Origin Countries. Any change in this regard will be notified in advance. |
