What are the standard maximum dimensions allowed for one parcel?

Currently, the standard maximum dimension allowed for one parcel is of 240cm per one side. If the parcel exceeds 240cm on one of its sides, you will be contacted regarding contingent surcharges. Once the extra-costs have been covered, the parcel will be processed by the origin warehouse and delivered safely to you.

For some origin countries there can be lower maximum limits in place as communicated on the website in the FAQ section.
